All services provided by QC Hosting LLC are subject to payment in advance. Payment details, including accepted payment methods and billing cycles, are provided during the signup process. You agree to pay all fees associated with the use of our services as described on our website at the time of purchase.
QC Hosting LLC offers a 5-day refund policy on initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 5 days after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system. After the 5-day period, refunds will become discretionary.
While QC Hosting LLC aims to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service interruptions. We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any scheduled downtime
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Any use of our services that violates any local, state, federal, or international laws is strictly prohibited. QC Hosting LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any violation of this policy.
QC Hosting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the last three months.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must notify PFM Host within 7 days of any breach to be eligible for service credits
