6) Refund Policy

QC Hosting LLC offers a 5-day refund policy on initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 5 days after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system. After the 5-day period, refunds will become discretionary.

7) Service Availability & Uptime

While QC Hosting LLC aims to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service interruptions. We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any scheduled downtime.
